Will I be charged if I need to discuss the jobs on my "to do" list?

HANDYMAN 'n more  has a free initial half hour consultation.  We suggest you use our handy check list to be certain to get all your questions answered.

I own a small apartment building.  Do you offer commercial services?

Yes.  HANDYMAN 'n more can take care of regular repairs and quick turn around on apartment turnover.  There's no need to call several contractors to complete your projects, just call HANDYMAN 'n more .  We also have emergency service for those unexpected repairs.

Can I afford your services? 

HANDYMAN 'n more works with you to keep your costs down.  We are independently owned -- no expensive franchise fees and we pass those savings on to you.   Our free initial consultation allows us to discuss your needs and answer all your questions. 

Do you have a minimum charge?

We have a one hour minimum so we encourage you to use our checklist to get organized before we arrive so you can put all those pesky repairs on your list for us to complete. 

What will your services cost me?

We charge by the hour plus the materials we use on your project.  We don't have mark-ups so the only thing you pay for is the time.  We will be happy to pick up supplies, or you can pick them up and save.

My friend gave me your name and she got a free hour of your service.  Was this a special offer?

No.  HANDYMAN 'n more will give you a certificate good for one free hour of services for every customer who uses HANDYMAN 'n more for at least four hours.
